Tony Barrand Given Lifetime Achievement Award

You probably live far away from Brattleboro, Vermont, but I wanted to make sure you are personally invited to join us at a celebration for Tony Barrand in light of CDSS granting him the 2008 CDSS Lifetime Achievement Award. It will be held Saturday, March 28, 2009 in Brattleboro, VT at the Oak Grove School. Teams and individuals are being invited, as well as an open invite being extended to people through CDSS. I hope you'll feel welcome to come and celebrate, and dance or sing or speak in tribute to Tony as well if you  feel like it - but I also know that it is highly unlikely that you could come! However, I wanted you to know about it. I am also collecting tributes on behalf of those who cannot make it, so if you felt moved to write something for Tony I would be happy to deliver it for you.
